Textbook Returns- Textbooks may be returned for 100% refund only during the first 10 days of the semester (or the first week of each summer session). There is a specific day that is the last day to return textbooks for a given term. Books purchased for Spring 2010 may be returned through January 29.
- Any Textbook purchased after the return date is not returnable.
- You must have your sales receipt.
- New textbooks must be completely in new, saleable condition. Any sort of markings, page bends, or other accrued damage will result in the book being non-returnable.
- Packages of books wrapped in plastic must not be opened.
- Your fee or enrollment statement may also be required as proof of enrollment for that term.
- Apparel may be returned within 30 days from purchase date on sales receipt.
- You must have your sales receipt present
- Merchandise must be in new condition and have all of its tags intact.
- All Greek and Gift items may be returned within 30 days from purchase date on sales receipt.
- You must have your sales receipt present.
- All items must be in new, saleable condition. Any packaging must be intact.
- DVDs can only be returned if they are proven to be defective and only for 24 hours after they are purchased.
- In-store credit will be given for DVDs if they are defective.
Trade books, reference books, or non-textbooks, school supplies, calculators, software, food and hygiene items are not returnable.
Defective merchandise is returnable.
